Latin America Tower

From the observation deck on the 42nd floor of this soaring skyscraper, the Latin American Tower, you can take in fabulous views of the whole city. Buy a ticket for the deck at the booth as you approach the elevators. Tokens for the telescope are on sale here, too. You then take an elevator to the 37th floor, cross the hall, and take another elevator to the 42nd floor. An employee will ask for your ticket as you get off.
